To say that TED talks are a great way to have a guest speaker for your class might be an understatement. Having watched a few clips from the TED site earlier, I'd like to share this one on the topic of how schools kill creativity:

Neal - I love TED. I have usesd some of the lectures as links in my online administration and leadership class. The students respond very well to them. Thanks for the reminder!!!!
